The Education Store, an educational retail provider, was expanding its physical locations but struggling to translate that success online. Their limited presence and outdated website lacked the level of cohesion, responsiveness, and polish to match their the clarity and conversion performance of their in-store experiences.

My Role

I led the full end-to-end design and development of the new website: from research, wireframing, visual direction to creating high-fidelity mockups, interactions, and build on Shopify.

The technical limits of the platform proved to be a unique challenge, one that meant creative solutions had to be found in order to achieve the desired vision. Drawing from my Computer Science background, I explored and expanded upon my technical capabilities, implementing custom CSS and other coded e-commerce enhancements to work around these constraints.
